Meet Your Instructor

Hey! My name is Matt and I've had ECGs in front of me for as long as I can remember.

I started out like most people, cramming in Paramedic school and trying to memorize the confusing squiggles for hours, and hoping on my ride-alongs I wouldn't sound like an idiot. Over time, I have worked in emergency medicine as a Paramedic, then moved into the CICU as a PA-C, and throughout my journey no matter where I am I know ECG interpretation isn't theoretical - it directly impacts REAL patients.

Along the way, I've interpreted Thousands of ECGs across all types of high pressure situations... from codes crammed in a bathroom, to crashing cardiogenic shock patients, and finding subtle patterns where the answer isn't obvious.

And here's what I realized early on:

Most people think the reason ECGs feel hard is because they're too complex.

That's the lie.

ECG education doesn't fail because it's advanced. It fails because it's overcomplicated.

People describe ECGs as a Foreign Language, that's why I want to help you decipher them.

Learners are buried in rules, numbers, and exceptions before they ever understand what actually matters. So instead of building intuition, they memorize... and then forget.

That’s where the Down & Dirty approach comes in.

This course strips ECG interpretation down to the highest-yield fundamentals and explains the important tracings you’ll see in real life (and to nerd out I added some more rare examples for fun). Once you understand those, the “complex” stuff becomes obvious.

No fluff.

That’s what makes this course different.

And guess what the #1 thing I've learned throughout this entire journey is...?

👉  ECGs don't need complexity, they need clarity

Once you understand the fundamental laws of ECGs, everything starts to click

But I get it, you probably don't really care about who I am and why I created this course... Right now, all you care about is CAN THIS ACTUALLY HELP YOU?

Since launching, we have helped 150+ people. People love the process of learning ECGs! This course has helped multiple PA school cohorts pass their ECG exams, helped nurses who felt stuck, and helped EMT and Paramedics (even with years of experience) build real confidence on shift.

I'm excited for you to start. Let's get you reading 12-leads with confidence!

Who Is This Course For?

  • You want to learn how to interpret 12-lead ECGs faster and with confidence - without memorizing endless rules

  • You value clarity, pattern recognition, and real-world application over academic fluff

  • People who want a repeatable system you can use on shift, during exams, and in high-pressure scenarios

What Categories Do We Focus On?

  • Students preparing for exams, rotations, and boards

  • Nurses who want to truly understand what they’re seeing on the monitor

  • Paramedics & EMTs who need rapid, actionable ECG interpretation in the field

  • New grads who feel overwhelmed by ECGs and want a simple framework

  • Experienced clinicians who can “recognize” rhythms but want deeper confidence

  • And anyone tired of guessing and second-guessing ECGs

Who Is This Course NOT For?

  • You prefer to figure things out on your own with hours of trial and error

  • You prefer memorizing dozens of obscure rules without understanding why

Frequently Asked Questions

What skill level is this program for?

This course is designed for beginner to intermediate clinicians.

If ECGs feel overwhelming, confusing, or inconsistent - this course was built for you.

Many experienced nurses, paramedics, and PA students also use this course to finally build a clear, repeatable system instead of relying on memorization or gut feelings.

How long do I have access to the course & when does it start?

You get immediate access after enrolling.

You’ll have lifetime access to the course, including future updates, so you can revisit the material anytime you need a refresher - before exams, shifts, or rotations.

Can't I learn all of this on Youtube?

You can find ECG videos on YouTube - but they’re scattered, inconsistent, and often overcomplicated.

This course gives you an all in one step-by-step system, taught in the correct order, so each concept builds on the last.

Instead of jumping between random videos, you learn how to think through ECGs, not just recognize patterns.

Do I need a cardiology background before starting?

No. You do not need a cardiology background.

Everything is taught from the ground up using plain language without the over complicated medical jargon.

This course has helped students to full time clinicians become more confident.

Is there a guarantee?

We built this course to work, not just to be watched. If you put in the time and it still doesn’t help, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for the guarantee:
